- Eligibility: Products purchased from Ahmad Hijama Center may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as opened or used items, personalized products, or products on clearance, may not be eligible for return.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 2-4 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

2.1 Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for our services, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 0% Percentage.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us in advance, you may be charged a fee of 0% Percentage or forfeit the deposit made at the time of booking.
